The Artisan Craft Fair takes place annually in early November and features unique high-quality items handmade by skilled artisans, designers and artists based predominantly in Devon.  This year, 2024, the dates and times are as follows:

Saturday 2nd November – open to the public from 10.00 a.m.–5.00 p.m.

Sunday 3rd November – open to the public from 10.00 a.m.–4.00 p.m.

Do visit and support local artisans who make beautiful things with love and skills learned and honed over many years of training and practice. They love to meet the public and talk about their work. The perfect opportunity to buy something unique to treat yourself or a loved one. Christmas is coming!

Such gorgeous colours in these glass coasters with a cow parsley print. They are by Terry meets Julie (Julie Stedman) and can be obtained from the Artisan Craft Fair in Alphington, Exeter, on Saturday 2nd November and Sunday 3rd November. Treat yourselves!

Or you could have these, with a delightful picture of a cow among the buttercups. she seems to have snaffled quite a few of them already, and I don’t think the others are going to last much longer, judging by the look in her eye! You will be spoilt for choice at the Artisan Craft Fair, so don’t miss it – Saturday 2nd November from 10.00 a.m.–5.00 p.m. and Sunday 3rd November 10.00 a.m.–4.00 p.m. 

These beautiful candlesticks have been made by the very talented Eugene Osborne in ash. They would grace anyone’s home. Grab them at Alphington Village Hall on 2–3 November 2024.

Jane Natolie (Jinnee Designs) will be accompanied by her family of fabulous handmade collectible teddy bears, as well as her graphic art creations. Don’t miss her stand at Alphington Village Hall and Community Theatre on 2–3 November whatever you do! Give a bear a home!

Alon Gershtein is the printmaker who created this beautifully detailed print. There is so much fine work that has produced this.  See it and his other work on 2–3 November at the Artisan Craft Fair.

Sally Mareike is a ceramicist who produces wonderfully unusual, organic bowls. This one is titled ‘Seaside’ and perfectly evokes  its subject. It’s very desirable! Call in at Alphington Village Hall and Community Theatre to appreciate its beauty!

This delightful baby is snuggled up in one of Sophie Cadogan’s knitted blankets and doesn’t he look  happy! Sophie produces a wide range of clothing, mainly for women, comprising snoods, shawls, tunics and mittens (among others) in gorgeous colours.
